5 Blender Add-Ons That Streamline Architecture Workflow

Here’s a collection of add-ons for Blender that are indispensable for architectural visualization. They allow you to quickly and easily create architectural assets to include in your designs. While most of these can be modeled fairly easily from scratch, the following can greatly increase the speed of creation and streamline workflow.
Archimesh *UPDATE
This fantastic add-on by Antonioya enables you to easily model walls, doors, floors and roofs to your scene. **Update 12/8/13. New version 0.6 – Archimesh now includes the ability to UV unwrap rooms and make cabinets!
**Update 1/2/14. New Version .7 – Archimesh now can make shelves, windows, books, lamps and my favorite, curtains!

Window Generator 2
This great add-on by Seyit Ali YAPRAKCI helps you to quickly create all types of windows. Multiple windows types, arched, angled or whatever you want. It also enables you to include the risers, sills, inner frame, outer frame, etc.

Floor Board Generator
This add-on enables you to created hardwood floor geometry instead of just mapping textures to planes. Really great.

Jamb Generator
I haven’t tried this script yet, but it looks promising. Create stylized door jambs by editing a few parameters. From Seyit Ali YAPRAKCI.
